Money Hunter ToolBox
The points-of-interest indicator of the Money Hunter suite. It handles the display of POI areas and signals that complement the structure engine — ICM, Order Flow, FVG, single-candle order blocks, equal highs/lows, previous-day levels, High Wick candles, Smart Point signal candles, and trading-session boxes. Available on MT4/MT5 and TradingView.
Money Hunter ships as two indicators on the same chart. This page covers MH ToolBox (points of interest). The structure engine is documented separately — see Money Hunter SMC.
01What it is
ToolBox marks the zones large players act on and the candles that signal entries. It complements MH SMC's structure with concrete points of interest. Each element can be toggled and recoloured independently:
- ICM — how the structure is built; highs/lows can be shown as dots
- Order Flow (OF) — bullish/bearish aggression zones, usable as support/resistance
- FVG — imbalances, extendable to the right, with optional higher-TF FVGs
- SCOB — single-candle order blocks
- EQH / EQL — equal highs/lows · PDH / PDL — previous-day high/low
- High Wick — price-rejection candles
- Smart Point signal candles — Velocity and SMC
- Session boxes with timezone control
The MT4/MT5 version offers the same features as the TradingView version; the difference is only where the settings live — the TradingView settings panel vs the MT4/MT5 Properties dialog. Use the platform switch in the sidebar to view your version throughout this page.
02Installation
You install both Money Hunter indicators together. Add MH ToolBox and MH SMC in the same step.
MT4 / MT5
- File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Indicators, paste MH ToolBox and MH SMC
- In the Navigator, right-click Indicators → Refresh, then double-click to add
- Common → tick Allow; Inputs → enter the license key; Dependencies → tick Allow DLL imports → OK
- To open the settings later: right-click the chart → Indicators list → select → Properties

03Interface — element by element
Every element below can be turned on/off and recoloured. The screenshot shows your selected platform; switch it in the sidebar.
ICM
Shows how the market structure is built on the chart. The structure's highs and lows can be displayed as dots.

Order Flow (OF)
Bullish and bearish aggression zones — usable as support/resistance and as places to consider entries. An optional border can be shown around the zones (otherwise they are fill-only).

FVG (imbalance)
Fair Value Gap zones. Uncovered FVGs can be extended to the right to track them into the future, and you can enable higher-timeframe FVGs via "Show HTF FVGs from". By default the current timeframe's FVGs are shown.

SCOB — single-candle order blocks
Order blocks formed on a single candle (unlike a classic OB that can span several candles or a range).

EQH / EQL — equal highs & lows
Levels where price has repeatedly formed identical or close extrema — key liquidity zones.

PDH / PDL — previous-day high & low
The previous trading day's high and low — key liquidity levels. They can also be shown across history ("Show history"), with an optional vertical divider between trading days.

High Wick
Price-rejection candles — a zone where price was rejected and one side starts to dominate. A Wick Threshold (%) (≈0.3–0.5) controls sensitivity, and a closure-condition filter can require the candle to close in the signal's direction. Default settings are recommended.

Smart Point — signal candles
Signal candles coloured by probability: the Velocity indicator marks medium-probability signals; the SMC indicator marks high-probability signals. Long and short candles can be coloured separately.

Trading sessions
Each session box (A–G) has a name (editable), a time range, and a display style. To place them correctly, set your timezone — UTC ± or Use Exchange Timezone.

04Signal candles & Smart Point
Two modules colour signal candles by probability — the trigger for the suite's "Primary" entry:
- Velocity Indicator — analyses the speed/momentum of price; medium-probability signals
- SMC Indicator — analyses buyer/seller dominance; high-probability signals
- Display Mode — recolour the candle (Bar Color) or draw a box on it (Box Color); recommended border width 2
- Colors — set bullish/bearish colours per module

A signal candle alone is not a trigger. Wait for it to appear on a touch or break of an order block from Money Hunter SMC, then enter in that direction. A LQD Sweep filter can require a liquidity sweep before a signal/alert is shown.
05Sessions & timezone
Session boxes highlight levels formed during specific trading windows — opening levels, highs, lows, VWAP, and other references. Each box (A–G) is configurable, and free boxes are available for extra time windows.
- Timezone — set UTC ± or Use Exchange Timezone for correct placement
- Ranges — Range Area Transparency, Range Outline, Range Label

On MT4/MT5 the same POI alerts are configured in the indicator's Properties dialog.
