Risk Disclosure

1. General Risk Warning

WARNING. TRADING IN FINANCIAL MARKETS INVOLVES A HIGH LEVEL OF RISK AND MAY RESULT IN THE TOTAL LOSS OF INVESTED CAPITAL. TRADING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. BEFORE BEGINNING TO TRADE, YOU MUST CAREFULLY EVALUATE YOUR INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES, LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE, AND APPETITE FOR RISK.

Past performance is NOT indicative of future results. Any performance figures presented in the Service’s materials are hypothetical or historical and shall not be construed as a promise or forecast of future results.

2. Not Investment Advice

All project materials, including educational video recordings, texts, examples, demonstrations, chart reviews and other educational materials, are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, an offer or an invitation to trade.

The Provider is NOT a licensed broker, investment advisor, securities dealer, or commodity derivatives dealer in any jurisdiction. Before making investment decisions, consult an independent licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.

3. Asset-Class Specific Risks

Cryptocurrencies and digital assets: extreme volatility, risk of total loss of value, lack of protection from government regulators in most jurisdictions, risk of exchange and wallet hacks, risk of regulatory bans.

Margin trading, futures, options, CFDs: leverage multiplies risk many times over. Losses may substantially exceed the initial deposit. CFDs and similar instruments are banned or restricted for retail investors in a number of jurisdictions (ESMA, FCA, ASIC, etc.).

Forex: a 24-hour highly liquid market, but also highly risky. Currency rates may move instantaneously due to political and macroeconomic events.

Stocks and ETFs: subject to market, sector, and issuer risk. Total loss is possible upon issuer bankruptcy.

4. Hypothetical Results and Backtesting

Hypothetical or simulated performance has inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, hypothetical results do not reflect real trading and may be biased toward hindsight optimisation. Hypothetical trades also do not account for real financial risk, emotional factors, or actual liquidity.

Consistent with the principles set forth in CFTC Rule 4.41 (USA) and similar regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions, the reader is expressly informed: "HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN."
