Refund Policy

1. General Principle: Digital Content Is Non-Refundable

The Provider’s products are digital educational content, including access to pre-recorded videos, text materials, supplementary files and other materials listed on the product page. The products do not include individual consultations, personalised trading recommendations, trading signals, asset management, or execution of transactions.

Upon granting access to the User (issuance of credentials, activation of subscription, opening access to a Discord server, opening access to course materials), the Service is deemed to have been provided in full. Amounts paid are NON-REFUNDABLE, except as expressly provided in this Policy or by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Before payment, the User must separately and expressly confirm that they request immediate supply of digital content after payment and acknowledge that, once access begins, they may lose the right of withdrawal to the extent such right may be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions (SaaS, Discord, signals, etc.) are NOT subject to refund for the paid period, including partially used periods. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time; in such case, access is preserved until the end of the paid period, and no further charges occur.

No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription. Downgrading to a cheaper plan during the paid period does not entitle the User to a refund of the difference.

3. Educational Courses

Upon purchase of a course with lifetime or fixed-term access, the User receives access to the materials immediately upon payment. Since the course constitutes digital content, no refund is issued after access has been granted.

4. Access to Discord and Private Communities

Paid access to Discord servers and other private channels is non-refundable from the moment the invitation or role is issued. Account deletion or user ban for violation of community rules does not entitle the User to a refund.

5. Trading Signals and Ideas

Trading signals, ideas, and analytics are informational content provided "as is". No performance of signals or ideas is guaranteed. The User’s financial outcomes, including losses or profits, are NOT grounds for a refund.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory non-waivable consumer rights. If applicable law grants the User a right of withdrawal, refund, remedy, re-supply of access, price reduction or another remedy, that right applies to the full extent to which it cannot be contractually excluded. The commencement of performance of a digital service with the User’s express consent terminates the right of withdrawal to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Chargebacks

If the User has questions about a payment, they may contact the Provider at [CONTACT_EMAIL]. In case of fraudulent, bad-faith or manifestly unfounded payment disputes, the Provider may temporarily restrict access and use lawful remedies. Nothing in this Policy limits the User’s right to dispute an unauthorised, erroneous or unlawful transaction.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Provider is entitled to: (a) immediately suspend the account; (b) place the User on an internal blocklist; (c) recover incurred losses, including payment system fees and legal expenses; (d) refer the matter to collection agencies or to court.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you fall under an exception entitling you to a refund, send a request to [CONTACT_EMAIL] specifying: name, email used for the purchase, date of purchase, transaction number, and reason for the request. The request will be reviewed within 14 business days.

If approved, the refund is issued by the same method as the original payment, within 14 business days after approval. Bank and currency conversion fees are not reimbursed.
