Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy applies to all Users of the Service, including users of the website, account area, educational materials, comments, chats or other community features where such features are available.

2. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to: (a) use the Service in violation of applicable laws; (b) distribute illegal, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or defamatory content; (c) harass, intimidate, or dox other Users; (d) distribute spam, advertising of third-party products, pump-and-dump schemes, pyramid and Ponzi schemes; (e) impersonate another person, including Provider staff or well-known traders; (f) resell signals, ideas, access, or any other Service content; (g) use bots, scrapers, or crawlers without the Provider’s written permission.

Additionally prohibited: (h) providing individual trading recommendations to other Users while posing as an advisor or broker; (i) offering paid asset management services to other Users; (j) distributing malware or phishing links; (k) attempting any form of hacking, DDoS, circumvention of security measures, or unauthorised access to data.

It is prohibited to impersonate the Provider, the Provider’s employees/representatives or any other person; copy, resell, publish, distribute or transfer to third parties access to educational materials, videos, texts, files or other Service materials.

3. Enforcement Actions

Upon violation of this Policy, the Provider may, in its sole discretion, apply the following measures, including cumulatively: warning; temporary restriction of features; temporary or permanent Discord ban; account termination without refund of amounts paid; reporting to law enforcement in case of serious violations; recovery of damages through court proceedings.
